Finally solved it via below step. Downgraded to 2.2.2, did a fresh install to a new SD card. Used the browser in incognito mode (Very Important), i was able to see the options. Did upgrade of bootloader and firmwire. Then did reboot everything was ok. Did a shutdown and swap of SD card, back to norm...

It did not help, for this URL i am getting a message "Could not retrieve data from remote server.". What might be the issue?

In the Expert UI i do not get an option to update the bootloader. The firmwire update is not going through from this page.

Hi,
Sorry to ask this, how to update Bootloader? Will just "wget -q -O - razberry.z-wave.me/install | sudo bash" update boot loader also? If that is the case i already did that. But Firmwire update is not going through.
