As a matter of interest, are you talking to the RaZberry as ttyAMA0, or as a USB symlink e.g. ttyUSB20?
The reason for asking is that I too had similar issues, until I changed the device port to ttyAMA0.

Update: It looks like it was the Domoticz software that was the problem, as running with z-way, I see none of the aformentioned problems. I'll give it a bit longer before deciding that it's fixed.

Hi MiHerrmann ; They do work together, as that's what I am running now. In Raspi-config, did you disable the serial console?
