Re: BUG : 3.0.6 (Probably others...) Battery marked device dead on restart = NOP packets on each unsolicited report
Hi. Just installed 5.39 on one of my UZBs. A) So far, no dead devices on restart. Will report if they show up. B) BUG : This no longer works: 5.06: LED can be turned off: Change it via IP:8083/JS/Run/zway.NVMExtWriteLongBuffer(0x6510,[XX]), where XX is: 0x00 LED used only for memory test when device...

Re: BUG : 3.0.6 (Probably others...) Battery marked device dead on restart = NOP packets on each unsolicited report
Hi. Thank you for posting the 5.39 update, regardless if it helps or not... Question: I am running: UZB/5.36/48059 https://service.z-wave.me/expertui/uzb-stats/versions-graph.html?hw=277&with_hidden To make the journey to 5.39 I need to change my bootloader to 40196. Can this be done directly vi...

Re: BUG : 3.0.6 (Probably others...) Battery marked device dead on restart = NOP packets on each unsolicited report
Yeah I have had this happening for years now... I restart often as I'm always adding things... But again I'll state, it doesn't really bother me too much as I don't use the z-way-server automation engine / GUI at all... What does is the aimless additional packets every 5 minutes (multiply by 7-8 dev...

BUG : 3.0.6 (Probably others...) Battery marked device dead on restart = NOP packets on each unsolicited report
So this is kind of a two part bug, the first part I have not traced... And frankly wont bother as my solution below works for me: PART 1: Sometimes on restarting z-way-server, SOME (not all) battery devices will switch into a dead state (isFailed.value=true). Not sure the cause of this, unlikely as ...

Re: BinarySwitch.Set - Prevent confirmation Get possible?
I now understand the general syntax... I was getting a little mixed up with the leading / tailing bytes. Must say, wow this is quite a bit faster. I understand the logic behind the Set -> Get behavior, but as my use case is slightly advanced this is the way to go. I have been watching my timing / ro...

Re: FYI : Faster socket.send(...
Yes that is probably the way I would go, but for now I will leave this socat solution in place. I am running my z-way-servers on fairly powerful machines (one on a i5 8250 and one on a VM on my APU2) so there is quite a bit of head room to spawn a few processes here and there. After the sun went dow...

Re: BinarySwitch.Set - Prevent confirmation Get possible?
This works great for me, question though... How does one go about sending to instance 1 / 2?
Thanks!
Thanks!

FYI : Sensative strips guard routing bug (and solution)...
Before I begin I love these sensors... Saves me from having to drill holes in my doors, which I am sure I would end up fucking up and ruining a $XXXX hard wood door ;) So this is in no ways a knock on Sensative... I will be purchasing their 700 series when they hit market. I found an issue using zsn...

FYI : Faster socket.send(...
Having recently swapped all my 433.92 inwall's to fibaros I am doing quite a bit of work on updating / cleaning up / speeding up my home auto setup. I'll share some of the things I am doing since I am using z-way-server as the interface to my z-wave mesh. Here's the first one: I used socket.send(......

Will ZUNO 500 series see 6.71 (or higher?)?
As the title states...
Will we ever see a firmware for zuno 500 series with 6.71 or higher?
Thanks!
