Re: Easy Scripting App - Documentation/Example
Probably code/js device is enough. Haven't tried them yet. Then EasyScripting will be left as pure event-driven JS mechanism, although If->Then with JS device might work the same way. I guess some wiki page at github about advance use cases above typical if-then/logical-rule/scene would be nice. upd...

Re: Easy Scripting App - Documentation/Example
I understand event triggered script, but what if i want to call my easyscript from If-Then app like a scene. Is it only possible via a dummy scene and the script subscribing to it?

Re: 4-hops limit / how to solve strategies
Thank you, Sergey. Got the point about follow controller and simple repitition - less overengineering the better. Although feedback based logic taught to be much more reliable than feedforward. I saw antenna extensions discussion here, feels bit intimidating. Is there a 'commercial' product for ante...

4-hops limit / how to solve strategies
Hello, Apparently (thanks to webinars) there is a 4 hops limit for routes, which might turn into a problem for 50m2 x 2stores homes and one controller. I have extended my network to backyard lighting with simple rule to switch on at darkness and switch off at sunrise via gateway logic. All relays ar...

Re: Associations in mixed security network
S0 thermostat associates with S1 (not sure it is a term, but one shield security from z-wave.me UI), but unsecure switch does not.
So far seems association is only working among equals on same level of security

Re: Associations in mixed security network
Similar question is at old thread https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?t=33259&p=85963 Basically there is a rule of fallback from S2 to S0 and to insecure mode by specs. However actual implementation is vendor specific. Right now I am testing Thermostat at S2 Auth and it does not talk with S0 o...

Associations in mixed security network
Hello, I got battery operated HeatIt z-temp2 thermostat to play with and want to check with community how associations work. My network is in hybrid state security wise. Some nodes are unsecure, some S2 and some first generation security. Now I want to set associations from my thermostat to binary s...

HomeHabit panel / good addition to Z-way and Habitat
Hello, There are few attempts to make nice android client towards Z-way in last years and there is new contestant on the market. HomeHabit panel is very eye candy to make a panel to show essential information and control Z-way powered smart home. RIght now i did it via OpenHab2 bindings, but hopeful...
