Same issue here… no solution other then using the website.

A short update: After upgrading to the new Firmware 4.1.3 (at least i tried - I'm not sure if it worked, i still says I'm on 4.1.2) the devices talking to each other - the neighbors are there. I have no disconnected devices for the last 24 hours.
