I've resetted the device but still same result.
No problem to include to Samsung SmartThings hub.
Please state versions working together of z-way, firmware and others.

Please specify which manual. I've done this before with an older version of z-way. Now I have updated to the latest.

I've tried tripple click as well, but still with failure. Anything I can do to get more info?

This sensor have an action button to click only once. Excluding works with one click, but including fails. Any ideas?
