Hello if i open the firmware update page via smarthome ui and than managment and than firmware it's saying 8084 it#s not reachable

I don't see no values and no statistics for channel 1 only for channel 2.
I only see to low on channel 1 and and on 2 is -94dbm

i only see the channel 2 background noise I never see the channel 1 background noise is this caused by a defect hardware???
