I read this somewhere, that 2.0 works. But if I need to keep 2.0.x around, I might just as well use 1.8. Better even, because that I can use alongside 2.1.x.

So, even though I like to hear I didn't make some mistake, I truly hope those responsible for the Z-Uno libraries, will come up with a fix.

I went back to 1.x. It is easier toe keep 2.x and 1.x on the same computer. In this way I can keep using the latest 2.x for my other projects.

But it would be nice if this could be fixed.

Did anyone succeed in using Z-Uno with the 2.x IDE.
The only reason I keep the 1.8 on my computer is because the Z-Uno code won't compile on 2.x.

I know this is an old thread, but I ran into the same problem recently whenI wanted to change something in my existing Z-Uno code.

Has this been solved for newer versions of the IDE or doe I really need to keep using an old IDE only for the Z-Uno?

My Arduino IDE offered a new version for my Z-Un board 2.1.7. But I haven't found any reference on the website or in this forum about an upcoming release. Did I miss something? IS there another place to look?

Am on holiday now. Will try agin after I return. Bit if you mean the procedure of holding the service button during start up: I tried that already. I have another Z-Uno that I've never used before. I will try that one and see if that makes a difference. But first ... my holiday
