Only 3 volts at GPIO pins
I am powering the Zuno with 12 volts and can switch the GPIO pins high and low through a Fibaro HC2.
However, I am only measuring 3.0 volts at the pins and this is when I switch them OFF.
When I switch ON I am getting 0 volts.
Is this usual?

URGENTLY need a Z-Uno for Australia frequency
Is anyone willing to sell me a Z-Uno for use in Australia? I will pay a good price as I need one urgently and the new model will not be available until early next year.
