Mpcie dongle : its manual and other manuals
Hello , I looked for a manual of any kind for the mPCIe dongle but there does not seem to be one . Is there one or any documentation ? Also, the link to the z-way manual just has a date ( Dec 2024 ) and no manual . Can anyone help ? I envisaged trying the mPCIe product with a Raspberry Pi 5, with Ho...

Re: local user shouldn't be able to log in remotely huh ?
I am sorry , I missed your last message . The whole thing is working a lot better , thank you , although I can’t explain exactly why . I have no doubt that sometimes I am connected locally and sometimes not ( but I use admin users now, as you said ). But I will go back and explore the “local user” a...

Re: Inexpensive rev 2 razberry boards on amazon
Hello Ian,
I think I should explain :-
Me thinking about a “ hot spare “ was an intellectual exercise taken to logical extreme.
It isn’t that I “need” to do it , more of a “what if”.
I’m very much into doing backups !
Best wishes

EFR32MG21 vs CC2652P
Hello All
My research suggests that a Silicon Labs (EFR32MG21) based Zigbee adaptor would be the preferred choice , vs the Texas Instruments CC2652P.
To work with Razberry rev 2 and Z-way
I’d be grateful for any thoughts.

Re: Inexpensive rev 2 razberry boards on amazon
@ Seattle Neil and @ Ian Brown Thank you for your insights . I have recently started playing in earnest with my rev 2 ( i think 2.1 in fact ) on Raspberry 3B+ … as you know : you have helped me before . These are so inexpensive ( and that so rare in the z-wave world ) , I’m gonna grab 2 at least . O...

Inexpensive rev 2 razberry boards on amazon
Hello All
Happy new year
I see what appear to be rev 2 boards on Amazon ( from a company in France ) for under €17 .
Would you mind having a look at my photo and see if they look right ?
The logo etc aren’t quite the same as mine which says Zwave.me.
Thank you

Apple Home and HomeKit bridge
Hi, I am using Z-Way 4.1.4 on a Raspberry 3B+ and RAzberry 2 board. I read elsewhere on this forum that fixing the Apple HomeKit was on the "to do" list. But as It was working pretty well for me a few days ago, I was wondering :- Was that just a lucky accident ? I've tried Deleting / reins...

Re: local user shouldn't be able to log in remotely huh ?
Hello Nico,
OK , I've got you now.
It is gradually getting clearer so it probably doesn't need an expert.
And anyway - 'expert' is relative so you are an expert to me !
I am reading the manual - don't want to bore you and all with (too many) dumb questions.
Thank you again

Re: local user shouldn't be able to log in remotely huh ?
I have not encountered red and green crosses and I have tinkered quite extensively ( I think ).
Could they be an earlier variation on the green tick / red box in my screen shot ?
Cheers,

Re: local user shouldn't be able to log in remotely huh ?
Hello Nico, Thank you for looking. I will do as you ask (attached ) but I don't think there is much to be gleaned from this. I have not been able to find an "allowed list" I am ( I should explain ) just in the early stages of playing around. I had it quite nicely connected to Siri via Appl...
