I want that how we can find the ip. Addresses without going to the website ?

I know this is local ip address but how we can find it without opening the https://find.z-wave.me/zboxweb/ site .

I mean when I Navigate to https://find.z-wave.me/zboxweb/ then it the bottom I can see the Direct connect to Z-Way: 192.168.0.51   192.168.115.1   like this so how we can this ip address without opening this website. Do you think when I boot raspberry pi OS and then setup wifi and then. go for z-wave.me installation it will work ?
and also can I do it to connect first via ethernet cable and then go to setup wifi ?

I added locale also but didn't success !! I tried many ways but didn’t work. In my opinion I think with z-wave.me OS wifi is not working ??
