What is the recommended way to do this? As far as I understand the signal should be 3 V max.

Is al voltage divider with 67 kOhm and 100 kOhm sufficient - A0 over 100kOhm?
Do I need to add a capacitor 0.22F in Parallel to A0 and GND?
