Well, I have sent back the PAN04 and exchanged them for 2 Fibaro FGS221... And I have exactly the same symptoms (I need to retry many times the inclusion, and the modules leave the network after a power cycle) ! So with 4 modules coming 2 brands, I think that the problem comes from the Razberry... :...

I have tried to do this, but it does not work, both of my PAN04 modules forget who they are after a power cycle... :/
The seller told me that it can be because of incomplete support in OpenZWave library but, I seriously doubt !
I think I am going to send them back and try with others brand...
