Re: Alexa Additional feature request for Multiroom Groups

My old fix only worked for dimmable lights.
I've done an update, which now means it will check and only Tell Alexa about devices with the Device name "Light"
Multiroom works now for Multilevel and Binary types.

Although after an upgrade of z-way, the fix will need to be applied again.

Re: Easy Scripting App - Documentation/Example

Ok. I agree
I was testing it out.
So people need to be advised that they need to include additional checks in their coding.
So Easy Scripting isn't as easy after all.

Micky.

Re: [userModule] Daylight (updated 2015-07-05)

Daylight and Niffler don't always make it passed an upgrade :(
I then reinstall the apps. and both remember the settings from before.
check there aren't 2 apps installed, delete the one without any settings.

Re: Easy Scripting App - Documentation/Example

After some testing, I have feedback. Think this script needs a caviet. Run a check on values before sending a response to z-way. I did a test with my devices and with ridewithstyle's example. ignore the names of devices, its just a test. It works, If my house power consumption exceeds 600 Watts, the...

Re: Is there a way to revive a dead ZW0500 controller ?

I'm not sure of anything. All I did was an upgrade to 2.3.8 (or earlier) No hardware changes at all. It was working 100% before the upgrade and 0% afterwards. After many reboots and power resets, I gave up and restored my settings to my old zw0300 device. Then I bought a new zw0500 device that I am ...

Is there a way to revive a dead ZW0500 controller ?

Hi, I have a ZW0500 controller that did not survive an upgrade to 2.3.8 a while ago. After the upgrade it refuses to respond and just gets very hot. I bought a new ZW0500 replacement that has been working well since. I have some hardware tools. like ch-341 serial, or Arduino burner tools. would be n...
