OTA bootloader update - Which file?

I was trying to figure out a way to force a reset of my zuno remotly. I thought uploading a new bootloader would do the trick as the zuno would probably reboot after the "new" bootloader was writen. Looking in my: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Arduino15\packages\Z-Uno\hardware\zw8051\2...

Request - OTA Sketch Update

I read in a post on here that this was coming, but would just like to chime in:

Would be GREAT to be able to update the sketch OTA. My zuno are in my PIR, hot glued. Any sort of code change will require 30mins of work at minimum.

So yeah, +1 vote for getting this :):)

Thanks team zuno!

Re: setup channels produces too much devices in razberry web

Not an answer by any stretch, but I have the same issue. I have a simple binary channel: ZUNO_SETUP_CHANNELS(ZUNO_SENSOR_BINARY(ZUNO_SENSOR_BINARY_TYPE_MOTION,getter)) When I add the device via razberry I get 4 devices, 2 x 2. 2 burgular alarm devices 2 binary swtich devices I can understand burgula...

Reset button remotly - Possible?

So, 2 of the 9 alarm PIRs in my home have been retrofitted with z-uno. Working great! I had some issues at one point that required me to "hardware reset" the z-unos via the "reset" button. Since they are hidden inside the PIRs, its a bit of a pain in the ass (have to open the PIR...

Re: State change in RaZ webapp to exec console (bash) comman

A bit more info:

A) If the states of the devices are stored anywhere on the filesystem that would be better then going via the API.
B) Ideally, having a trigger -> execute command line would be the best.

Perfect.

Will be mailing our local distributor now regarding having 9 pieces shipped.

Thanks again!

State change in RaZ webapp to exec console (bash) command?

Hi.

I have yet to even start digging in, but thought it would better to ask before I start:

I would like to have a z-wave device state change (as shown in the web app) execute a bash command line. What is the proper way of going at this? Should I just be pooling the API?

Thanks!

Re: Retrofitting alarm PIR with z-uno - A couple of question

Heya. Appreciate the response. Had a look at the technicals again. Judging by your profile you are someone who is involved, I'll probably be buying 9: Power consumption on 7–18 V: in always listening mode ∼ 35 mA (can be lowered by using external switching DC-DC) How does one go about lowering via v...

Retrofitting alarm PIR with z-uno - A couple of questions

EDIT - Almost 4 years alter: What a great little board. I am bumping this to the top on purpose. 4 years later, still running these little zunos in my PIRs. They have been nothing but stable. Running for years (1-2) at a time without any issues. Since these are inside my alarm connected PIRs, they ...
