Is there any idea when the update for the My Cloud will come out? It seems like it will be the thing to fix my issues.

I've completely restored my My Cloud device and started fresh with a new install of the software and am still having the same issue. The lock learns in perfectly with the Windows version of the software, so it seems to be the version for the WD

Ok, I tried resetting and got no luck. I installed the Windows version of the server to my laptop and plugged the stick in there. I was actually able to properly sync the lock to the computer, so it seems it’s something with the server software for the My Cloud and not the stick itself, which I was ...

Ok. It looks like that’s my next step. How do I contact them?

I’ve reset it a few times and this lock is the only thing on the network so far. I’ll try resetting again tonight.

Where is the update file for the WD NAS? I checked http://razberry.z-wave.me/z-way-server/ but it doesn't seem to be there. Even though I was previously given a link that includes that path. I am trying to update to 2.3.5 so I can hopefully get my lock to properly include, but am having less than 0 ...
