Re: job queue runs full after upgrade to v4.1.0
Since no one else on this forum has reported the z-way-server process consuming anything close to 65% %CPU, it may be something unique with your configuration, such as a misbehaving virtual device or app. Does the z-way-server.log file (nominally, /var/log/z-way-server.log) show a high level of acti...

Re: Backup fails
Eek. Something is definitely wrong with your system. The output you've provided shows the z-way-server process is unable to communicate to the z-way card. It could be a software problem or a hardware problem. Since I don't know the steps you took to re-install the OS or install Z-Way, to rule out a ...

Re: Where to find the Output of URL query
Since I don't have a Yale lock, the best I can do is make an educated guess in replying to your question: My question then is how does one work with it? Is there a JSON program "environment" which supplies the MasterCode for the lock thus the lock now "divulges," if you will, the...

Re: Backup fails
It's great that you have a recent .zab backup file as it should make recovering from and SD card failure painless. Keep in mind the .zab backup file gets created from the smarthome UI and is a superset of information of the .zbk backup file (created from the expert UI). Since your new SD card needs ...

Re: Where to find the Output of URL query
You're closer to successfully fetching the data value than you realize. By way of an example for device ID=26, Z-Way will return the entire JSON object for Command Class User Code (0x63/99) using the following URLs (they are all equivalent): http://[IP ADDRESS].lan:8083/ZWave.zway/Run/devices[26].in...

Re: job queue runs full after upgrade to v4.1.0
Yes, I see the exact same CPU growth by the z-way-server process (zway/core thread) on my 2 systems running 4.1.0. Since I haven't seen the load exceed 11%, it's not been a serious concern. Like you, my systems have not experienced the job queue issue. Z-Way reports 100% delivery for all of my devic...

Re: jobs stuck in queue
The queue problem you've encountered is a known bug in Z-Way version 4.1.0 and is actively being worked on by the developers. You can read about the bug in this forum thread: https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?f=3417&t=35839 Until a bug fix is released, you may want to install Z-Way version 4...

Re: Web UI is not launching
If icon files were missing and now are present in directory /opt/z-way-server/htdocs/smarthome/user/icons and directory /opt/z-way-server/htdocs/smarthome/storage/img/icons, then your browser's cache needs to be refreshed. Try clearing your browser's cache for your Pi's URL. This should cause the ic...

Re: Web UI is not launching
You would be well served to understand how the /opt/z-way-server/htdocs/smarthome directory got corrupted. If it's not by a user action, then you likely have a corrupt SD card and you'll soon have much bigger issues. If SD card corruption is a possibility, I suggest you power down your Pi and copy i...
