Your Z-Uno is version 1, the latest firmware is 2.1.8 (02.18 you have), it can not be upgraded to 3.0.13 (Z-Uno 2 firmware)

Please either update to 3.0.13 Z-Uno 2 package or go back to Arduino IDE 1.8.x

If you are still on Z-Uno 1 (2.1.8), use Arduino IDE 1.8.x

The code of modhttp.so has not changed from v3.2.3 to v4.0.0 (in v4.1.0 HTTP PATCH method added only). So I doubt that the issue is here... Check the log. Maybe a more restrictive security policy dropped it. If this is the case, go to Expert UI → Configuration → Expert commands → Device configuration on the bottom and change to acceptUnsecure

Looks like Z-Way is working correctly, but the token is not entered. Please doublecheck the token - it should start with a / symbol.
