Ich hatte das Problem auch, und zwar mit Raspberry Pi2 und RaZberry-Modul. Das RaZberry-Modul behält die z-wave-Geräte die inkludiert wurden in sich im eigenen Speicher, die gehen (bei mir) nicht verloren.
