Also, I've checked in the expert UI and my serial API is already 5.04. The SDK version is 6.51.06

Make sure they are sharing same frequency. Both can change the RF channel from the UI. RaZberry: Expert UI -> Netowrk -> Control -> (bottom of the page) Z-Uno: ArduinoIDE -> Tools menu -> Frequency (burn the sketch) Thanks a ton for your timely correspondence! Also if it's worth anything, I get the same error (though unsure what the log file itself says) when i connect my z-uno to my windows laptop and try to include the device there too.
