Looks like.
Well, there was actually problem with scenes and schedules, so I thought I am not full on 3.0.0. version. All elements in my scene were red and with error text saying that elements does not exists. And no functionality/option to repair rule. On the other hand scene works fine (even today).
And there was also text on Z-Way UI upgrade page saying my firmware version is 2.3.8. ??.
We will solve this bug later. Now I am stucked and can not acces Z-Way UI.

Yesterday I repeated procedure of installing 3.0.0.:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install dirmngr -y
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 7E148E3C
sudo bash -c 'echo "deb https://repo.z-wave.me/z-way/raspbian stretch main contrib" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/z-wave-me.list'
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install z-way-full

No difference, problem stil exists. And most things were not updated because they are 'already installed'.

Please help me I really do not know what to do.
Alex

Same problem here:
After upgrade interface shows: "The current firmware version is: v2.3.8". Also th build.js says it is on v2.3.8 instead of v3.0.0.
dpkg -l z-way-server on Raspbian (Stretch) shows " z-way-server 3.0.0 armhf RaZberry/Z-Way smart home gateway"

What is the exact problem?

Have you cleared cookies after upgrading?

My problem? I am trying to explain my problem in every single post I published above. Which part you do not understand?

Current situation: CAN NO ACCESS Z-Way UI. Not locally, not remote. Only using POPP android App or Alexa I can control existing devices.

1. Weeks ago I followed your instructions how to upgrade to 3.0.0.

2. After upgrade (and cookies cleared!) all worked fine except scenes and schedules were totally messed up - full of red errors and no usual programming menu.

3. I opened upgrade page of Z-way UI which said: "The current firmware version is: v2.3.8". That was wrong (!) message since I was already on 3.0.0.

4. Unfortunately I performed offered 'upgrade'. From then on I CAN NOT log into Z-way user interface. When I type usr and pwd (find.z-wave.me) in IE or Chrome, Z-Way does not log in. Locally or remote. No error message. Web browser just hangs up/freezes in Internet Explorer or it falls in some kind of infinite loop trying and trying to load page... in Chrome browser.
I am using same usr and pwd as is used on my mobile POPP.

5. As you suggested i repeated upgrade procedure. No succes in logging in.

6. Now I am in a 'locked out' situation and am more than two weeks asking for someone's help.

I have the exact same problem and no solution! And I'm sick doing the process all over again!

Right now I'm looking for a way to downgrade to 2.3.8 witch works like a sharm for me. But I haven't found a way to do that...

Any suggestions?

I decided to Install a new clean system with Z-way v3.0.0 , but in the fresh installed but empty smart home central it is not allowed to install apps.
Are there any problem in v3.0.0 with the apps instalation?

Haven't had any problems with apps. Did you clean browser's cache and cookies?
