I stopped z-way-server, copied your dev-version and started (build date in gui was 19-01-2021 23:04:22).
Opened the app (WiFi enabled) and cleared the cache.Tried to connect -> the issue remained: Loading-Circle and after that the "my hubs" button showed up.
Opened the app again with mobile data -> Connected without problems.

No suspicious output in z-way-server.log (but I guess the issue is on the client side, so is there a way to get some kind of debug logs from the client /app ?)

hm... we will see it again on our side.

This is only about UI (HTML/CSS/JS/AngularJS). So nothing to do with the Z-Way server (nothing in the log) - even no need to restart Z-Way when you change HTML files.

We check it on our side and come back to you.

@PoltoS: Yes the problem still exists with the new dev version.
I also made two screen capture videos and sent it to support@z-wave.me. (Ticket #706159) Perhaps it helps to understand the behaviour...
