Reset Device Description Record

How does one remove a device description record? I have an Everspring HSM02 sensor but there's no description record for it. I tried to find one that was close and would prefer to remove the description from the device until a proper record is available.

Not sure about UI, but you can call /ZWaveAPI/Run/devices[x].LoadXMLFile("")

Not sure what that would do to help me. I'm trying to clear it from the UI as I believe that's the only place it shows up anyhow. Any chance of a description record for the Everspring HSM02 door/window sensor? That would be the best fix to just put in the correct description record.
