Device interview stage is not complete for Fibaro devices

Hi all,

I couldn't include my fibaro devices (motion sensor v 2.4 and door sensor) sucessfully. I replace the XML of the motion sensor but still the same issue. My Razberry is working no abnormality in the log . Any ideas are highly appreciate.

Have you tried to re-interview the devices? With element(s) do not complete?
