Z-Way on WD NAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?!

Hi,
I had installed the previous Z-Way on my WD-NAS. Yesterday, the NAS finally announced the new version of z-Way to be available for update. I tried to, but did not find any update link, so I decided to uninstall the previous version to get the new 2.2.x. But I cannot find any Z-Way app to install on my NAS any longer. Does anyone of you know details about this?

I thought that making the update i should have to reinstall the app.....no comment.


in addition to this, the WD support is "more visible than a gosth in the foggy night!"

About this: when i'll reinstall the updated app, I should to reinstall the license key too?!

I did some times already: yes, you have to enter the license key once again after installing zway.

Hopefully the app will be in the store soon. No chance to even turn down heating in the living room.

We will check this problem with WD. Meanwhile you can install it from a file (there is such an option in WD UI).

Download one of the packages, unpack it and pick up any of the two .bin packages inside.

And note that license is stored in the UZB dongle, so no need to re-enter it.

Thanks, but this does not work either. While installing it claims to check network connection. This is working, because I get regular access to NAS files. Any further proposals?
I unpacked the EX2 version, containing only one file.

I have downloaded this afternoon and expanded the Ex2, there was 4 files:
1- WDMyCloudEX2_Z-Way-Server_2.20.bin(12142015)
2- WDMyCloudEX2_Z-Way-Server_2.20-UPD.bin(12142015)
3- WDMyCloudMirror_Z-Way-Server_2.20.bin(12142015)
4- WDMyCloudMirror_Z-Way-Server_2.20-UPD.bin(12142015)

I have try to install the ex2 UDP named, and apparenlty work, but dont want to insert the lic key, because i'm not shure to keep it safe §(with the last windows server RC17 update i have loos it!!).....I will wait the WD official app release...

If license was loaded in the UZB, you don;t need to load it again. It is stored in the UZB dongle
