Web interface welcome screen

Is it possible to disable the "welcome" screen from the web interface?
It is quite annoying when web UI is redirected (daily?). If there a possibility to control this?

This is a know issue - sometimes dashboard opens in welcome screen instead of dashboard. We are checking it
