Receiving email notifications after dismantling z-wave home network

While setting up my Z-Wave home system I started receiving lots of notifications concerning some vague error:
"Cannot create vDev based on: 8-0-113: TypeError: Cannot read property 'forEach' of null"
As online searches did not result in a solution, I started removing devices from my system, one by one, hoping this way I could determine which device was causing the problem. I ended up removing - or just turning off - all devices. Still I kept receiving these emails. In the end I devided to shut down my Razberry server. Even so, a day after the shutdown I still keep getting these pesky emails.
Given that I have no server running and no devices working I must conclude that some external system is sending these emails. The Return-path header of the messages is noreply@z-wave.me.
I have three questions:
1- How is it possible that even though my system is totally powered down and dismantled I am still receiving error messages?
2- How can I stop this spam from occurring?
3- What was the original error?

Any help will be much appreciated.
