No valid UUID set

Home Assistant supports Z-Wave. If you have a single device, then maybe just getting a Z-Wave USB adapter and using the Z-Wave integration in Home Assistant will get you what you need.

Which USB adapter would you recommend? I am runnnig HA on Proxmox as virtual machine, so I am not sure how to map an UDB device through Proxmox to virtual HA

I will give the Z-Wave.me UZB adapter a try, looks like this will be the easiest solution for my needs.

Now I have bought a Z-Wave Aeotec Z-Wave 7 Stick, connected that one to my HA in Proxmox and everything is fine in HA.
Thanks for Support, I will send back the Rehau device since they have told me they don't provide a newer Z-Wave version.

My Z-Wave integration into HomeAssitant worked quite well. But after replacing thge router I had to reconfigure the connection.
Result: "No valid UUID set".

According to this thread that issue should have been solved for a long time already. What went wrong and how to fix it?

That did not work for me. I am still getting the error No valid UUID set.
Using Administrator or the new created user does not make a different.

When calling http://192.168.178.123:8083/ZAutomation ... rst-access I get a valid looking result:
