Z-way seem to be a good soft, and i want to test it on a local pc but i can't find a link to download ?

Where can i find it ?

Z-Way is only available in Z-Cloud version and will be soon in Z-Box. We do not support yet standalone installations.

Well, that was more than a year ago. Is Z-Box still in development? Why is it taking so long?

Because it's not so easy and we have alot of other interresing projects. It takes only a month to make prototype, but a good mass product is much more difficult to make.
