Dear Z-Wave>Me user,

I have recently purchased a Z-Stick S2 and I am trying to connect to z-cloud without success.

I have downloaded my Z-connector package and I don't seem to be able to connect to
z-cloud.zwave.me:9087

Any suggestions?

Have you followed these instructions?Your Z-Connector should connect to z-cloud.z-wave.me, port 9087. After it is done, use a web browser to connect to [z-cloud-interface-link].Which connection fails in your case?

I have followed the connection instructions from the page you have sent me (http://en.z-wave.me/content/how-start-using-z-cloud).

Unfortunately the error appears in z-connector.exe after I hit the Connect button.

I then proceed and login to https://z-cloud.z-wave.me:10442 successfully but and I get the following status:

Your status in Z-Cloud
Your Z-Connector is not connected to Z-Cloud server

Any other suggestions?

I have the same problem after changing my computer:

Z-Connector gives an error when I press the connect button: Cannot connect to z-cloud.zwave.me:9087.

It also says on window that has the button that the agent is not running. When I try to start the agent manually, the cmd window flashes briefly and nothing happens. Agent is still not runnning.

Also can no longer connect. Just get "Cannot connect to z-cloud.zwave.me:9087"

I can ping the server, so it's not an internet problem.

For the last week or so, I only get this error:

Opening device...
Connecting to server...
[E] Cannot connect to z-cloud.z-wave.me:9087
Opening device...
Connecting to server...
[E] Cannot connect to z-cloud.z-wave.me:9087

Z-Connector on Ubuntu - Has been working since mid-october, but no longer...

Just bought the z-wave.me usb dongle from ezhome.nl, trying it out yesterday and today but no success at all. Can't get it to work with anything, so was hoping for this site work, but also no success. Sending it back monday. too bad...
