i have a meter kamstrup 382jx8 but is not in the list, and i can not configure the meter, can you help me?

I do not find that specific meter on their site. If I look at the other specifications, the communication protocol is NOT according to the Z-Wave standard, which is a must for this product.
There is a "Lingg&janke Stromzähler 382 Jx8" meter, but that conforms to KNX. You might have a look on the openremote.org site

As we know, it is used only in DK. What would you like to configure in the device? If there are some config parameters, you can switch to expert mode and configure with the aid of the maual comming with the device.

As we know, Z-Way should be able to get Meter Table data out of the box, but this can be used only by scenes (which is obvious, since it requires to store them somewhere).

Simple Meter ans Sensor should work out of the box.
