Hello,

by sudden (starting last sunday) my gateway (GuruPlug with AEON-Stick 2) can not connect to the z-cloud.
The loop is just established for a few seconds.

There is just one message in the browser: "Sorry, server has not completely started yet. Try realoding the interface later."

Is there a server-side problem, or is somthing broken on my side?

I am thankfull for any advise. ;-)

In another post you say that Z-Agent losts conection due to z-agent/stick/raspberry pi problems. Hence, no way to log in to the Z-Cloud panel.

Please fix the problem first and then you will be able to access Z-Cloud

I have no "Raspberry Pi"

On the server side we see exactly same as for jussiva:
no responce from the stick.

Please check with debug enabled that packets are sent tot the port. Is there a responce from the stick on your side?

Does it work on a PC?

We have not updated Z-Cloud since November 19. The only way to break something is the automatic installation of critical updates done by Ubuntu server. Last down time was due to such an update ;( We are checking if there were any changes.
