Getting lots of errors since i set up my account today.
My devices have uploaded ok.
I can't rename them. the rename works but the save does not.

select device description record does not work - nothing happens.
quite often i get the spinning catherine wheel - busy symbol

I have tried this with Safari, Chrome & Firefox. PC & OSX.

Is the server/software having major problems or have I got to do something to make it work?

The functions look quite good - if only I could get it to hang together

As we can see, your Z-Cloud instance does not run, since no stick was found on your side. And we have seen only one connection at 16:40 (should be your timezone). Please make sure that you use the correct port in Z-Connector.

There have been plenty of connections - this was a reset and new account to try and resolve the issue. try looking at spanna2000 for more examples. Obviously the stick was connected when I was experiencing the problems as that is one of the requirements to be able to use the config software - you can't config without a live connection.

So, does it work for you now?
