GE Thermostat shows as Sensor only

I have a IS-ZW-TSTAT-100 Basic Thermostat (http://help.safemart.com/attachments/to ... vmnibsmrt/) connected to my Z-Wave network. I have a Raspberry Pi using a RaZberry.

After first pairing, the thermostat shows as a sensor and a thermostat, but after closing the browser (demo UI) and re opening, it shows as only a sensor. no matter what I do, reinterviewing and what not, still shows as only a sensor. what I'm doing wrong?

May be the UI breaks on this particular thermostat. We need to have a look on it to make sure the UI can handle it. Is there a way to provide us a remote access to the box?
