Problem accessing z-cloud

Hi,
Since 3 days ago I can't connect to my z-cloud address (https://z-cloud.z-wave.me:xxxxx) because of a timeout problem. This happens on all devices (PCs and Smart phones) from where I tried to access to z-cloud, even on different networks and ISP's.
Someone are experiencing the same problem?
