I read page 43 of the user manual for information about the "Routing Table". It explains the meaning of the color coding, but not the meaning of the x/y numbers in each cell of the table. e.g. 0/0, 1/2, 2/3, 1/4, etc.

What do these numbers mean?

I was wondering the same

These are number of 1 hop routes and 2 hops routes. The color means presence of direct link (green), more than one 1 hop link (light green), less (yellow) and no direct/1 hop/2 hops links.
