And I've tried to get the security commandClass to reinterview successfully, but no matter how many times I request it, I do not receive a response. Any help on what I need to provide or what I can do myself to attempt to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, btw, this is on z-cloud not a rasperry pi, I'm not sure how relevant it is, but I expect its useful info.

Z-Cloud does not fully support security. We will fix this once, but not sure when.
