Urgent- Failure of usb stick during inclusion

Hi tried to include a fibaro window sensor into my z-wave network using my AeonLabs 2 usb stick for inclusion. I have used this to include all my other devices. I then plugged back into RPiii and tried to log onto z-cloud to configure but it kept coming as far as attempting SSL handshake and getting no further. I tried it in z-cloud for pc and same stage it gets stuck.

Apart from this the stick seems to be working still - associations still work etc,

I tried upgrading the firmware from the website for the stick and this seemed to complete ok. Still no luck wtih z-cloud on RPii or PC

Tried with z-send on pc and it finds the stick and all the associated nodes. Did a reset of stick which it said would remove all network devices and indeed the list in z-send deleted all devices.

Now when I plug in power to the stick the associations all still work.

Is there any other way to reset stick? It is for my holiday home but of course I go home from hols in 2 days and there is no way I can get a replacement stick before I leave and re-include all devices

i do suffer ssl handshake issue as well since 1 day as far as i notice
