Scheduled scene depending on a switch state

Hi,
I need to create a scheduled Scene which depends on a swich state.
I want to close all shutters at 11 pm, but only if nobody is at home.
The switch is a dummy swich which is triggered by "Geofancy" a geofencing app.
Perhaps I could use Eazylogic? Not sure because there is no documentaion for it.
Can anybody help me with that?
