check roof windows status on exiting main door

Hi guys. I would like to be warned when I exit the main door of my house If one or more roof windows are left open.

How would you build a system like that?

Is it possible without buying a z-wave controller?

[the logic is: if I the main door is On(open) AND window1 OR window2 is ON, Then ring the bell;]

You need a Z-Wave controller for this. To much for a dumb simple device.
