Massive Connectivity Problems (after Update)

Post by ibins »

Hi there,

I have updated to the newest version and I have massive Problems.

The first one Kueche is 2,5 Meters from the razberry. The next one Arbeitszimmer maybe 3 Meters and the others are maybe 10 meters from the Razberry and 8 Meters from the Arbeitszimmer.

Everything worked. Instantly. Now the Razberry tells me that devices are dead. Not always the same ones. Thats changing. It seem like if there would be an antenna that the antenna isnt working anymore.
Four of the Fibaro Devices are in one Box.

Is this a bug of the new Firmware (by the way I love the new GUI). What can I do to debug the Problem?

Thank you!

Do devices work? Please look in Expert UI in "Inspect Queue" window if packets are delivered.
Try to update routing table for devices

Hi,

I did that. Of Course. I have tried a lot the last few days.

Updated the Routing
Unplugged the Fuse
etc.
Delivery of Actions sometimes minutes sometimes hours later.
Filled UP Queue

I have taken my razberry to another place in my home. And it realy seems like that the part of the antenna is not so powerful anymore. At a differnet Place, nearer to every Fibaro Device everything is working. But thats not the Place it is soposed to be.

I had about a month no Problems. Every device was green in the Routing Table. One was Yellow.
