Multiple schedules

Post by Quax1507 »

I want to have a device (pool pump) switched on every 4 hours for one hour.
Is there an smart way to do this?

Never tested this, but I would first look into scene to switch on plus a delayed scene to do the swith off an hour later. You only would have to schedule the first scene.

EDIT: Obviously module Automated Switch Off would be even simpler

Yes, I already thought of that. But it isn't smart :-(

A, Isee, instead of something simple, you want a solution that is complicated and hard to follow for others, to raise your WAF?

WAF is always important :-)

I think it would be much more clearly arranged to hate it in one APP instead of having one fore each schedule plus the one to turn off.

Some binary power switches do have a parameter to define how long it stays on. That saves one app ;)
I do use that for the lights in my attic.
