Cannot include devices

Cannot include devices

I am having trouble to include any device with my razberry device. Whenever I set the controller into inclusion mode I get an "No ACK received before timeout" error.

More details from the log-files below.

Any idea and help is appreciated.

Please try to exclude, try to send commands to previously included devices (if any). If same problem continues, please request for exchange in your shop.

No idea yet - we have never seen such behaviour
