Remotec ZXT-120 EU not work.

Hi. i try to setup my Remotec ZXT-120 EU not work.
here is the manual of Remotec http://www.remotec.com.hk/photos/softwa ... 120914.pdf

I have read Manueline try this command and i try
devices[10].instances[0].commandClasses[0x70].Set(27,4)

someone who can tell me what I do wrong?
I try to connect to misbusi ac code 4 according manual.

Please use Expert UI - there is a GUI for configuration

i get error in expert gui..
