Hello

I am having exactly the same issue as described here:

I have been trying to contact someone at Z-Wave Europe and Z-Way, but not been getting any replies.

Is there anyone on here that can give the same help as Dridl received in the above post?

To clarify, I have a UZB which was purchased with an included Z-Way license, however I am getting errors
[2015-10-13 09:50:36.706] [zway] Max number of devices (1) reached
when trying to add devices.

Hi,

maybe you have got a stick without license.
It can be solved via Z-Wave.Me or Z-Wave Europe only. Have you wrote a mail to them (Z-Wave Europe)?

In normal case you will get an answer within one working day...

I did finally get a reply from Z-Wave Europe, after several attempts, hopefully they will be able to sort it. Now waiting for a reply to my reply!
