Define a timeslot for an alarm (fibaro)

Hi
I use a razberry with wheezy, a zway module and an fibaro multisensor.

I want send an email or an sms if a person walk through the floor from 11pm to 5am. the sensor trigger the move.
How and where can I define this timeslot? Is the solution a java script?
