Max number of devices reached

Hi all,

I've been using z-way with the UZB stick for a while now. Updated to 2.1.1 and the stick won't function now, when attempting inclusion mode the log shows an error "Max number of devices reached (1)"

I've read some other threads on here that it a license issue but my stick was sold with a license included and it has been working in older versions of the software.

I also have a purchase receipt to prove it came with a license.

Is there something I should be doing to make it work? I tried a firmware update already and that made no difference.

Managed to get hold of Poltos and he said:
You need to contact ZWE - they will help with this. It happened in early UZB dongles that devices had problematic Licences and they stopped working starting from 2.1.1 ZWE will provide you a new License after checking your order.
So for anyone else having issue with their licensed stick after 2.1.1 you need to get in touch with your retailer. Mine was ZWE (ZWaveEurope.com).

I will post back when I hear back from them... I emailed them today at support@zwave.eu.

OK they got back to me and sent me a new license key.

I had to go into z-way on port 8083, go to the cog top-right, click management, then license upgrade and enter license and click verify. Sorted all the issues and I can now use 2.1.1 :)
