i update without Reading The forums and now I regerar it hard since my whole setup is useless. Nothing works any longer. It doesn't even make a difference if I downgrade nor do a complete reinstall.
Interview doesn't work anymore. Exclusion seems to work, yey!!!

It happened to me today, but you can revert the situation by downgrading to previous version (v2.1.1) following next steps.

Connect from your browser through local LAN:
1. http://your_device's_ip_address:8084
2. Go to the Firmware Tab
3. Select "update to" (the second button)
4. In the text box next to the second button type "v2.1.1" (without the " character)
5. Click "Update" button

I tried and it worked but be sure you type v2.1.1 and not 2.1.1 for example.

Yes I've tried that. :/
Even a complete reinstall of 2.1.1
My license key field is also now empty. That's probably the main reason?
And how to retrieve that?

I can't help as I don't use license key due to the fact that I have the RaZberry card and Raspberry Pi. Anyway, it doesn't seem the key is the problem as I have the same effects in version v.2.2.0. I have tried several ways to upgrade (also from command line) but always got the same bad result. So I'm still with v2.1.1 :-(

Almost four weeks since release, and no response from developers on serious user problems :shock:

Just learned this week still is holidays in Russia. I guess they will return to their desks next week to resume answering to problems.
