Hi,
my UZB1 stick has stopped working after working fine for about 2 weeks. It happend when i updated the firmware.

It has the same behaviour as before updated with license (could not inlcude devices).

Now I want to know if my UZB1 still is confirmed as "updated" or not. Is it possible? If not, who do I contact to reset my license?

When I try to update the license I only get error message "Unable to verify the License Key"

Hi, i have done the same imprudent updating, so now also my UZB1 don't work: it can only exclude devices from network, but not add. After a factory reset, i have to search to rewrite the licence number bought, but I got only the same error message "Unable to verify the License Key"

when i try to include a device in the "z-way net", i get the error m essage "error handling data /...."
