WD NAS - BLACKOUT and LOST DEVICES LIST

hi all,
some days ago, in my house, have had an Electric fault, due to overload; so the NAS has switch off (no UPS installed). After the boot i'll found that the Zwave server have lost all ZWave devices list and config; also can't Include devices too. Why it appened?
a)- need i to reload the lic. keys?
b)- how can try to recover the config?
c)- haven't the server save the config in a file?
